Our Actual

Our guiding belief at Actual is that Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems in an organisation should be 'built in, not bolted on'. This means a Safety Management System, from ground up, should be built to have clarity and be user friendly for the operators we need adherence from the most ... the frontline.

We combine a network of experienced professionals with new-age academic, peer-reviewed concepts aimed at increasing our understanding of techniques we can use to achieve Actual safety.

We define Actual safety as a safety culture not led by anyone specifically, but equally adopted at all levels in all teams. A dynamic where frontline operators and the organisation's goals are aligned. All personnel are empowered to function effectively and the value of their input is recognised and sought after. We aim to transcend traditional forms of ceremonious 'lip service' and excessive administrative bureaucracy to instead prioritise systems, practices and procedures that are engaging, fit for purpose, effective and efficient.
